the cheese: handmade with Buffalo milk cheese. It matures for 60 days, then for others 90 days in graves. It is savoury, but also sweet aftertaste.
the pastry: “sfogline”, that are the keeper of an ancient art. They are women that are used to do handmade pasta from generations. We have found them from hills to offer to you this dumplings, made only with natural ingredients: eggs, flour, mastery and passion.
